• the main purpose of the role is support the business on a daily basis making sure that orders are processed, products and price lists are up to date and reports are up to date & correct
• invoice orders once dispatched, sending a copy to the customer
• arrange factory loadings when the minimum weights are met
• inform warehouse of the delivery date once confirmed by the haulier and send them copy of packing lists
• once warehouse confirm goods have arrived, book in the goods onto the system and post the supplier invoice onto Bistrack
• half yearly Carbon Count report
