Responsibility
- be the key point of contact with our inhouse studio and/or external creative agencies to brief creative campaigns and copy requirements
- support brand and marketing teams with various offline touchpoints for acquisition and brand execution
- marketing administration, including raising POs, checking invoices and monitoring of spend v budgets

- support our ECRM Manager in the execution, implementation and measurement of of our digital customer communications, delivering impactful and highly engaging email campaigns to increase customer engagement, adoption and basket value
- play a key role in the delivery of brand and acquisition marketing execution at events, including liaising with event agencies, organisation of marketing collateral and on-day support of events
- support our Digital Growth Manager to across our digital channels, with a continuous test and learn approach to creative execution, messaging and onsite experience
- provide support on photoshoots and filming days, including organisation of props, liaising with participants, supporting videographer/photographer and capturing “Behind the scenes” content to be used on our social channels
- report on persona segmentation insights, feeding this into Brand, Content and Marketing Teams to support the delivery of campaigns
- support our Acquisition Campaign Manager in the delivery of our TV and integrated media campaigns, providing regular reporting on campaign performance to drive insight and inform future decisions
- support our Digital Content Manager to maintain and update the content on our digital platforms ensuring accuracy and consistency in delivery
- undertake regular industry and competitor research across platforms and share insight to the marketing teams to identify trends, opportunities, and other important insights
- support our Social Media and Brand Comms Manager in capturing content and in the creation and scheduling of email campaigns and social media content
- any other tasks that support the Brand, Content and Marketing Teams to deliver projects, campaigns, events, or brand execution
- undertake regular industry and competitor research across platforms and share insight to the Brand and Content to identify trends, opportunities and other important insights
- marketing administration, including creation, monitoring and organisation of drive and file management system
- communicate with suppliers and agencies to support the timely and effective creation and delivery of marketing collateral where required
- undertake regular industry and competitor research across platforms and share insight to the Brand and Content Teams to identify trends, opportunities, and other important insights
- learning from our head of Data Insight and Head of Customer Retention to understand data and how to optimize campaigns for retention
Requirements
- professional Qualification in Marketing or other related qualification or experience
- professional Qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing or other related qualification or experience
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
