Responsibility

  • ensure all feedback and account communications are actioned on in a timely and high-quality fashion

  • manage accounts effectively to drive renewal rates and revenue
  • work closely with team to support research, other networks and other products and services
  • be available to members to help them and their teams, utilising Winmark’s resources as appropriate
