Working hours

Responsibility

  • patient bookings for Clinic and Domiciliary appointments
  • call Handling
  • admin and back office tasks
  • cleaning the Practice surface areas, floors and bathrooms
  • stocking products ready for purchase
  • making patients feel welcome and prepared for appointments
  • taking card and cash payments from patients
  • scheduling calls and appointments

Requirements

  • previous experience in retail, hospitality or a clinic environment would be beneficial
  • previous experience using computer software for a business
  • knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft and Apple applications
  • well-developed telephone and written communication skills
  • previous experience using social media for a business purpose would be an advantage
  • impressive interpersonal skills and the ability to make each prospective and current patient feel special
  • flexible approach and productive manner to all work tasks
  • strong customer service skills with people-centric approach
