Responsibility
- entering of all UK VAT bill into Xero
- ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
- managing of UK and USA entity VAT returns
- responding to vendor inquiries within a timely manner
- validating that Purchase Orders and Sales Orders related to the UK entity are being processed correctly according to company procedure
- following up with customers on past due invoices
- establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers and vendors
- perform validation in ERP to ensure invoices are approved for payment and have not previously been paid
Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred but not mandatory
- high attention to detail
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- communication skills, both internally and externally
- basic computer skills
- willingness to show up on time and work efficiently without being micro-managed
- accounting of office management: 2 years
- 2+ years of accounting or book keeping
