- city & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Electrical Installation
- relevant trade qualifications
- ideally you will have previous experience working for a similar building services company or have background in building services/facilities management
- can do attitude, with first time fix mentality

Responsibility
- work on your own and as part of a team to carry out routine PPM, reactive and minor/major repair works
- attend callouts/breakdowns and carry out fault diagnosis
- to work safely and follow company health and safety to ensure safety of yourself, your colleagues, and customers
- install new plant and equipment when required
- diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant
- be proactive in reporting faults to equipment, buildings and existing fixtures and fittings
- you will be expected to work as part of an on-call rota
