- ensure the implementation of safe operating procedures within the warehouse environment
- oversee the efficient and accurate check-out and check-in processes in the warehouse
- operate V-mix or a similar system to deliver high-quality audio-visual experiences
- set up and provide technical support for live events, utilizing a wide range of cutting-edge audio-visual equipment
- metro Production Group are a leading event production agency that specializes in delivering high-quality and customized events for our clients across various sectors and industries
- deliver exceptional client service, assisting clients in achieving successful events, productions, or exhibitions
- act as the on-site client contact, maintaining effective communication and ensuring precise fulfilment of client requirements
Requirements
- good working knowledge of V-Mix, OBS, or similar systems
- sound understanding of general AV equipment, including sound systems, lighting, screens, projection, and cameras
- minimum of 5 years' experience operating a wide range of audio-visual equipment
- strong client liaison skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle client expectations effectively
- proactive and self-motivated approach, demonstrating a high level of initiative
- punctuality and flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and work schedules
- strong commitment to health and safety practices
- effective organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
