Responsibility
- ensuring processes are in place so that no transactions to sanctioned countries are processed
- processing of complex and high value payments e.g. rent and service charges, L&P fees
- active aged creditor management, resolving queries and recommending appropriate action where required
- ensuring all supplier statements are reconciled accurately and in a timely manner, including the resolution of reconciling items
- complete ownership of the management of the electronic expenses system including training of the wider business and policy updates
- ownership of the centralised Accounts Payable function, including management of the Accounts Payable Team Leader and oversight of 4 Accounts Payable Co-ordinators
- point of contact for the management of the company credit card programme
- overseeing and understanding the end to end process for all international suppliers, in order to continually review and improve the payment process
