Responsibility

  • ● Attending new project meetings with the MD and members of the design team
  • ● Producing guideline budgets for projects
  • ● Working with the MD and Head of Accounts to review ongoing project financials
  • ● Managing the procurement process
  • ● Cost management for projects
  • ● Carrying out commercial reviews of completed projects
  • ● Attending project meetings throughout the design and construction stages
  • as we are a design led business, you will be working alongside both the MD/Creative

Requirements

  • surveying: 3 years
