Responsibility

  • we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our recently refurbished and very homely accommodation based in East London
  • after years of experience working in the Health Care sector, we are now embarking on starting our own service
  • you will be supporting them to achieve their long term goals, transition to having more independence and live their best lives
  • you'll be joining us on this exciting journey to help us shape the service and demonstrate the excellent care we wholeheartedly stand for
  • our service will be supporting Care Leavers/Young Adults, who have experienced some level of trauma and may have learning disabilities, autism and mental health issues
  • you’ll be based at our building on Trevelyan Road, which has a very warm and homely environment with a back garden which boasts of a well tendered garden, where we grow our own veg
