Requirements

  • ID / Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
  • at least 2 working references
  • mechanical aptitude
  • operation Telehandler and tractor
  • ability to work with in a controlled environment
  • knowledge of working at height and ladder safety
  • computer literate
  • experience of scada system or similar
  • knowledge of weighbridge and associated processes
  • knowledge of the waste industry and processes an advantage
  • abrasive wheel training desirable
  • warehouse operative
  • forklift driver
  • plant operator
  • recycling centre operative
  • experience of Working within a recycling facility
  • operation of machinery, particularly forklifts and excavators
  • experience of adhering to the required Health and Safety Standards

  • candidates must have full PPE

  • we are looking for experienced recycling pickers in Bristol who has worked in a recycling centre or has experience dealing with waste
  • oversee the safe receipt of product and then maintain the overall operation of the AD process to meet site targets
  • maintaining and controlling the Plant and vehicle/machinery service routines, requirements, and records as per Company and Plant procedures
  • take ownership for ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all
  • maintaining relevant Site Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental standards and records
  • contribute to the compliance with the Environment Permit , ABPR, PAS 110
  • adhere to and promote the Company’s Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality policies in accordance with the Integrated Management System
