  • acupuncture/dry needling training
  • physiotherapists: 2 years also open to a driven graduate
  • degree / diploma in Physiotherapy
  • specific pain experience to include general and specialist pain services
  • autonomous practitioner who has the ability to work unsupervised
  • able to communicate complex, sensitive and contentious information in an understandable form to patients, significant others and all other professionals involved
  • full member of the POGP
  • experience of managing a team including supervision and appraisal
  • excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

Responsibility


  • we are looking for a confident, hard-working, dynamic and enthusiastic physiotherapist to join our team of practitioners at Well Human
  • you will be responsible for assessing and treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal complaints
  • this position is for a part-time physiotherapist. The role is self-employed on a fee share basis. This role is to take over a current caseload. We can be flexible with how the working day is structured and we can be flexible on holidays

  • the Inpatient Complex Pain team is comprised of highly experienced clinicians in the field of pain
  • currently we care for 21 intensive / high dependency care babies including neurological cots for infant cooling, cardiology, complex deliveries
  • including EXIT procedures
  • the team provides a means of contact for both patient and professionals
  • perform advanced neurological physiotherapy assessments and treatment to patients, often with diverse, complex, or multiple pathologies and presentations
  • liaise with family, carers and significant others where appropriate to ensure patient’s needs are met to a high standard
